FAQ

All shirts in the shop right now are unisex Bella Canvas shirts. Most shirts in the shop are blends aka “heather” shirts but there are some that are not. Specific info on each shirt are in the description.

Typically heather shirts are a bit bigger (just the tiniest bit) so keep that in mind when you are ordering.

Sarah (Rosebud Mode) typically wears a Large but she does order XL if she wants the shirt a little baggy.

All items in this shop are DTG (direct to garment) meaning they are made once you place your order. Shipping depends on the distribution location however in the USA it currently says anywhere from 5-13 days.

Very rarely, the distributor will print the shirts incorrectly or mail the wrong design. If this happens to you please let me know ASAP so I can get you the correct shirt/design.

For any issues, please reach out to sarah@rosebudsrealm.com and provide the following items:

1. Title your email with Your Order #, Full Name

2. Inside the email, please provide the email l associated with your order.

3. Images of your order with the issue (I need this to show to the distributor so we can fix it)

I will reach out to everyone within 24-48 hours after receiving your email!

If you placed your order and you need to fix sizing/items I can try and make changes to orders. However, once an item is in the fulfillment stage I cannot make changes or accept refunds on any items.

Anything with front and back designs are charged more due to additional printing.

Licensed products are also priced differently to cover licensing fees.

YES - However there is a catch.

Due to shipping costs, I have to input each country individually so if you are going through the check out process and cannot continue due to shipping, shoot me an email at sarah@rosebudsrealm.com and I will add your country!
